Export controls

Export controls are based on international cooperation for the purpose of maintaining peace and security.

In Denmark, the Danish Business Authority is the authority in charge of the administration of the international export control rules that apply to dual-use products and technology. The Ministry of Justice administers the export control rules in relation to arms.
